How Redcorp LTD collects, uses and protects personal data, including data received through Google APIs.
Who we are

Data we collect on this website
When you fill in one of our forms (contact, quote, audit, call booking, newsletter, job application), we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, website and message, the time slot you book, and for a job application the documents you send.
Audience measurement: the website uses Google Tag Manager and Yandex Metrica to measure visits (pages viewed, device, approximate location, traffic source).
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare a quote or an audit, organise the call you booked, send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time), review your application, and measure and improve the website.
Legal bases: steps taken at your request before a contract, the performance of our contract with you, your consent where it is required (newsletter, measurement cookies), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our website.
Data received through Google APIs
To deliver our services, Redcorp uses Google APIs (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Sheets and Google Drive) on the accounts our clients give us access to. We use this data only to manage, measure and report on the advertising and tracking our clients hire us to run.
We do not sell this data, we do not use it for our own advertising, and we do not share it with third parties, except the service providers needed to deliver these services or where the law requires it.
Redcorp's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who receives the data
Our team, and the service providers that host or process the data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (form storage), Google Workspace (email, calendar, documents), Google and Yandex (audience measurement). We never sell personal data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers process data outside the European Union, for example in the United States. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact, quote, audit and booking requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange. Client data: for the duration of our contract, then as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Job applications: up to 2 years. Audience measurement data: up to 25 months.
Cookies
Audience measurement cookies are set by Google and Yandex. You can block or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@redcorpagency.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy) or with the data protection authority of your country.
Security
Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it for their work, and our providers protect it with encryption in transit and access controls.
